Beaumont House, is a student accommodation property, based in Queensway, West London. The property was designed by the well known architect of his time, George Wyatt, who was assisted by TS Tippet, and was constructed between 1856 – 1859.
This property was developed as Stucco faced houses, and in the 20th century, they became hotels and boarding house, which are now considered heritage, as they maintain the charm and quaintness with which they were built.
Our works on the building was to remediate and repair the 3 number entrance porticos, where over time they had become dilapidated and tired, and furthermore, became a safety issue in regards to pieces of render becoming loose and in danger of falling.
We sent our team in to restore this heritage building back to life. To bring it as close as possible to its original standard and look, and I truly believe this is what we achieved.
The entire facade is to be renovated early next year and we are looking forward to the challenge.
